About Me
A short story for leaders who carry responsibility.
My work was shaped by three worlds: international companies, high‑pressure communication, and the intimate lessons learned through cancer. Each one taught me how systems behave under pressure — technological, organisational, and deeply human.
For two decades, I designed complex IT architectures across global environments, including London’s demanding corporate landscape. At the same time, life forced me to master a different kind of architecture: how to communicate with people when everything is at stake, and how to rebuild an emotional system from the inside out.
Today, I combine engineering precision with emotional depth. I diagnose emotional systems, identify structural weak points, and design internal frameworks that help leaders operate with clarity, stability, and intention.
I don’t teach techniques. I don’t offer quick fixes.
I design the human emotional system — for people who carry responsibility.
